At Liftygym, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions:
-The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
-Returns are only accepted if registered within 30 days of receipt.
–Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to return a product:
-Contact us at info@liftygym.com to register your return.
-Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
-Send the package to the return address (provided via email).
Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note:
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
